An enigmatic abdominal problem of hers, and an enlarged prostate of the 75-year-old monarch, turned Buckingham Palace upside down. However, not only has the news not improved with the medical discharge, it only gets more and more complicated: Carles has cancer. And Kate will be KO for months. All is darkness and alarm.
