PINCat demands the implementation of the Strategy to fight against child poverty and an increase in investment in children and families to place it at the average level of the European Union.
Inclusion and educational equity
The platform calls for universal access to public education from zero to three years, the deployment of the Inclusive Education Decree and measures to combat school segregation and early school leaving.
Basic services
PINCat is asking for an increase in the budget allocated to basic services and an improvement in access to benefits. They also demand the deployment of the Socio-Educational Intervention Services (SIS) model.
Health
The platform calls for the deployment of the National Pact for Mental Health and an improvement of resources in child, youth and addiction mental health.
Child protection
PINCat is committed to the deinstitutionalization and strengthening of family care. They also ask that the rights of unaccompanied youth over the age of 18 be recognized and that measures be taken to put an end to practices against unaccompanied migrant youth.
