Ferran Hortal assumes the position of alderman
Last February’s plenary session of the Manlleu City Council was attended by a new councillor, Ferran Hortal, who has taken the oath of office as a representative of the Ara Gent de Manlleu-Ara Pacte Local party. Hortal was fourth on the party’s electoral list and will now defend the city’s interests as a councillor.
