Elections to the presidency of ERC d’Osona
This Friday, at the Industrial Museum of Ter in Manlleu, the election of the new regional president of ERC d’Osona will take place. After the demonstration of Jordi Serra, who aspires to preside over the party in the central regions, the presence of two candidates has been confirmed: Jordi Sans, from Reagrupament Independentista, and Carles Sanuy, president of the ERC section in Calldetenes. Toni Casassas, from Taradell, has finally decided not to run.
Differences between candidacies
Jordi Sans points out that his list proposes a new secretary of internal relations headed by Ramon Senmartí, who has a good relationship with the different sensibilities of the party. This, according to Sans, makes his candidacy different from that of Carles Sanuy, since it does not represent continuity but a change. Sans’ priority is to unify the ERC militancy in Osona, which has been divided due to differences with the electoral list in Vic in the past elections.

The election of the new president and the new regional executive of ERC d’Osona will take place on Friday from 20:30 at the Industrial Museum of Ter in Manlleu.
