Alícia Romero: The Diplomatic Negotiator
The Socialist Party of Catalonia (PSC) presents its candidacy with the conviction of leading the government, and among its ranks stands out Alícia Romero, a key figure in the electoral strategy.
Romero, a Law graduate and an expert in public management, has proven her worth during her twelve years in Parliament, becoming one of the deputies closest to the party leader, Salvador Illa.
Her ability to establish fluid relationships with unions, employers and universities, as well as her ability to mediate complex negotiations, have made her a fundamental piece in the PSC strategy.
Laura Vilagrà: The Experienced Manager
Esquerra Republicana de Catalunya (ERC) has opted for continuity by electing Laura Vilagrà as number two in its candidacy, a decision that reflects the confidence of the president of the Generalitat, Pere Aragonès, in his management.
Vilagrà, with extensive experience in municipal politics as mayor of Santpedor, brings a pragmatic and managerial profile to the ERC candidacy.
Its role in negotiations with the State, its commitment to dialogue and its commitment to intensifying relations with municipalities are key elements in the party’s strategy.
Anna Navarro: The Business Innovator
Junts per Catalunya (JxCat) has decided to include in its candidacy Anna Navarro, a renowned entrepreneur from Silicon Valley who brings an innovative vision to the economic field.
Navarro, named by Analytics Insight magazine as the most influential woman in the technology sector in 2021, represents JxCat’s commitment to attracting talent and companies to promote the economic reactivation of Catalonia.
His international experience and business profile could be a boost in the electoral campaign, although he must demonstrate his ability to adapt to the political terrain.

The CUP has elected Laure Vega second on its list, while the commons have placed the mayor of El Prat, Lluís Mijoler, alongside Jéssica Albiach.
For its part, the PSC has recovered Manu Reyes as number two, while Cs has designated Marina Bravo and Vox has opted for María García Fuster as Ignacio Garriga’s companion.
