Carlos Neira, the lawyer of Alberto González, partner of the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, has offered a pact of conformity with the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of the region to settle the debt with the Treasury, solve the two crimes of what your client is accused of and avoid going to trial.
The Agreement of Conformity
The e-mail sent by the lawyer last February 2 reveals the full confession of the crimes of tax fraud and document falsification, with the aim of reducing the possibility that Ayuso’s partner will end up in prison and have to pay a high penalty.

Despite this, Isabel Díaz Ayuso has defended González’s innocence in public and has denounced an alleged orchestrated alliance ‘of all the powers of the State’ against him.
Answer from the Prosecutor’s Office
The Prosecutor’s Office has indicated that the matter must be clarified at trial and that only then will it be decided whether or not a deal with Neira was reached. A statement on the evolution of the case is being prepared.
