An incident with the Falcon forces a change of plans
The Falcon used by Pedro Sánchez has suffered an incident during the flight to the Torrejón de Ardoz base. According to OkDiario and sources from La Moncloa at premium.cat, the plane had to turn around and return to base after descending more than 6,000 meters in a few minutes. However, the sources assure that it is a completely normal situation and that the incident has not been of major importance. Those responsible for the flight activated the protocol provided for such cases and decided to return to base to ensure the safety of all passengers.
A change of plans for the Easter holidays
This incident has affected Pedro Sánchez’s plans for his Easter holidays. The president of the Spanish government had planned to travel to Doñana to spend a few days of rest with his family. However, due to the technical incident, the trip was delayed and had to change plans. After landing at the Torrejón base, another Falcon has been made available so that Pedro Sánchez’s family can continue their journey to Rota, where they finally arrived one hour behind schedule.
A holiday with some scares
This is not the first time that Pedro Sánchez has been surrounded by incidents during his holidays. On a previous occasion, after the 23-J elections, he made a surprise visit to Morocco, generating controversy for his relationship with the country. In this case, although the official sources speak of normality, OkDiario raises the alarm and speaks of a depressurization as the cause of the incident. However, there has been no official information confirming this version. In any case, the president of the Spanish government was able to continue with his vacation after this scare.
