Six seriously injured after bus accident in Mallorca
An Imserso bus accident on the road that connects the municipalities of Sant Llorenç and Son Servera in Mallorca has left six people seriously injured. Thirteen people were injured in total, with one in critical condition, five seriously and seven slightly, after the vehicle left the road and fell down a two-meter-high embankment.
Emergency response and official statements
The accident occurred at 10:00 a.m. this Monday, at kilometer 5 of the road. The bus was carrying around 50 people, four of whom were injured, one seriously. The Mallorca Firefighters, together with the Civil Guard and other emergency teams, responded to the scene to provide assistance.
The president of the Government, Marga Prohens, expressed that the regional Executive is attentive to the situation and the state of health of the injured. All emergency services and protocols were deployed to care for the victims and their families.
