Pedro Sánchez announces a proposed law to abolish prostitution
The president of the central government and general secretary of the PSOE, Pedro Sánchez, has recently announced that the socialist parliamentary group will present a bill to abolish prostitution in the State, considering it a pending commitment.

During his speech at the ‘Rights, Democracy, Freedom. 20 years since the first electoral victory of José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero’, Sánchez has also criticized the president of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, accusing her of despising the cause of feminism and millions of women.
Political commitment
The President of the Government has emphasized that the PSOE is not only looking to be right, but that it wants to win the elections to implement its political program, including the commitment to abolish prostitution. In this sense, the socialist parliamentary group will present a bill to make this abolition a reality.
