Solsona and Sant Llorenç de Morunys organize walks to promote physical activity
On the occasion of World Physical Activity Day, which will be celebrated next April 4, the towns of Solsona and Sant Llorenç de Morunys have organized two walks open to everyone. These activities aim to raise awareness of the healthy benefits of physical activity and combat sedentary lifestyle, which is one of the main risk factors for death in Western countries (https://www.softcatala.org/resum-de-textos -in Catalan/). The walks are designed for all audiences and have a low technical difficulty so that everyone can participate.
Details of the walks
The first walk will take place in Sant Llorenç de Morunys and will leave at ten in the morning from the Subcap to the chapel of Sant Serni and back. The route will be about three kilometers and there will be refreshments halfway along the route (https://www.softcatala.org/resum-de-textos-en-catala/). The second walk, which will take place in Solsona in the afternoon, will leave Plaça del Camp and continue towards the Creu Blanca and Font del Corb before returning to the starting point. This walk will have a route of about five kilometers and there will also be two refreshment stops along the circuit.
