The ‘Viu la Cultura’ Program Unveils Its Charm in Les Pitiüses
The Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sports of the Government presents with enthusiasm the program ‘Viu la cultura’, an initiative of the General Directorate of Culture that enriches the training offer for the 2023-2024 academic year with a selection of didactic concerts.
After the successful didactic Christmas concert in Mallorca, 2024 begins with ‘A world of sounds’, a special show for the little ones coming to Ibiza and Formentera.
Music and Theatre: A Magical Fusion
Robertina, the fascinating storyteller, invites you on an extraordinary journey where the melodies and stories will take us to distant cultures on five continents.
With traditional instruments, we will discover the sounds of the djembe, the didgeridoo, the shakuhachi and many others, transporting us from Africa to America.
Universal Tales: A Bridge Between Towns
The collection of stories seeks to convey the riches of the popular culture of the different peoples of the world, highlighting shared traits and values. Five stories, one from each continent, will be experienced and shared by the students, who will actively participate with dance, songs and sound effects.
More than 800 students from schools in Ibiza and Formentera will enjoy this show, divided between the 25th and 26th of January 2024, with two daily performances.
An Unforgettable Experience
With ‘Sons del Món’, the ‘Viu la culture’ program creates a unique educational experience, connecting young people with the roots and diversity of our planet. An opportunity to learn, enjoy and celebrate global culture.
