Available creations include black sesame charcoal with yogurt and yuzu, Belize chocolate mirror with almond and cacao nibs, matcha green tea emerald, cherry and cherry blossom, and coconut margarita, passion fruit, almond and Mescal. Each cake is a culinary gem that will surprise you with its presentation and taste.
The talent of a master pastry chef
This is the first solo project of pastry chef Miquel Guarro, who has worked in such emblematic places as the Dos Cielos restaurant and the Hofmann school. With his talent and creativity, he has won several awards and is considered one of the best pastry chefs in Catalonia.
