Improvement works
The Provincial Council of Barcelona has started the second phase of the improvement works on the BP-4654 road in Sant Quirze de Besoradimarts. These tasks will last approximately 4 months, from now until August, and have a budget close to 300,000 euros. The aim of these works is to transform a stretch of road into an urban thoroughfare, with a clear definition of spaces for vehicles and pedestrians. Also included are the actions necessary to put the road in normal conditions of use, such as drainage, horizontal and vertical signaling, as well as lighting.
Planned Actions
Among the planned tasks are the preliminary work and demolitions, the execution of the necessary excavations to form the platform and the provision of vehicle circulation areas with paving stones and hydraulic tile pavements. It is also planned to renew the sewer network, the public lighting, the repainting of all the horizontal signage, as well as the improvement of the drinking water, telephone and low voltage networks.
