Abuse at Pecas Nursery School
The children of the Pecas Nursery School, located in Pozuelo de Alarcón, an exclusive area of Madrid, have suffered physical and psychological abuse by some of their caregivers. According to sources close to the investigation, the children were humiliated, neglected and mistreated, with documented cases of humiliating phrases, pushing, slapping and punishments such as locking children in dark rooms.
Judicial Interrogation and Police Analysis
The judge of the Investigative Court Number 3 of Pozuelo de Alarcón will question the director of the Pecas daycare center, which is being investigated, and two more witnesses. In addition, the Judicial Police will soon present a definitive report on the content of the video surveillance cameras of the nursery school, with sensitive images that show the seriousness of the events.
Complaint and Affected Parents
The initial complaint did not come from the parents, but from a young intern who decided to report the mistreatment she witnessed at the daycare. The parents of the affected children were summoned to view part of the audiovisual material, showing scenes that were difficult to witness, such as pushing, slapping, and children crying without receiving the necessary attention.
Impact and Closure of the Center
The impact of these events has led to the closure of the educational center, where children of footballers and recognized personalities were enrolled. The investigation focuses on five daycare workers and their director, some directly responsible for the abuse and others for failing to provide relief.
