Despite the denial of the center’s director, video surveillance recordings support the accusations, showing acts of violence against minors.

Video surveillance recordings show shocking scenes, such as a caregiver hitting a child’s head with her open hand, causing it to bounce against a mat. Furthermore, it is evident how other caregivers attack the children during their nap, showing aggressive and disproportionate behavior.

The report details that the attacks were not limited to specific moments, but occurred during daily activities such as eating, learning to button one’s coat, using the urinal, among others. The caregivers showed aggressive treatment, reaching the point of holding the children roughly, hitting them, and performing humiliating actions.
